I’ve been Nicola’s mentor since early 2017, when he came over to London as to broaden his horizons, perfect his English and gain new skills. Nicola has proven to be a resourceful, determined and highly flexible professional. What impressed me most is how he has been strongly focused on his long-term goals while at the same time remaining adaptable to different circumstances – he was able to quickly learn from minor setbacks and gain valuable insight in the process. Nicola would fit squarely any position in a fast-paced, rapidly-evolving workplace.
